Almutakamila provides a mobile wallet application (the “App”) that allows you to store, transfer, and manage your money electronically. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

In order to use the App, you must create an account by providing the information requested, including your name, government name, district, address, gender, ID number, and a scan of your ID card including the ID number and its expiry date. You must also provide financial information, such as your bank account details, credit or debit card information, as required to use the wallet features of the App.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALMUTAKAMILA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APP OR USE THEREOF OR INABILITY TO USE BY ANY PARTY, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, EVEN IF ALMUTAKAMILA, OR REPRESENTATIVES THEREOF, ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES.
